[Intern] Urban Designer

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the First Party in working projects
• Conduct data and benchmarking
• Analyze project area
• Conduct urban and regional planning work
• Prepare output content in the form of presentation and report

Requirements:

• 5th semester student or Fresh graduate from Urban and Regional Planning/Architect/Architecture Landscape major
• Portfolio is a mandatory
• Able to operate AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suit, and SketchUp
• Have knowledge and interest in Urban Design
• Have the eager to learn more about Urban Design
• Able to operate GIS and perform 3D rendering is a plus
