Description: 

The development area encompasses an integrated space of 31,491 m², incorporating multiple functions such as offices, a prison, parking, and a mosque. Situated along a secondary collector road, the area serves as a connector between urban zones and surrounding districts. The layout is centered around the Islamic Center, with proximity between assets designed to accommodate both ecological enhancements and public spaces. The Islamic spatial concept incorporates Hablumminallah, Hablumminannas, and Hablumminal'alam, while the "Complete Street" approach ensures the roads and pathways are planned and designed for all users, enhancing transportation safety and efficiency.
