Omah Anggrek is a residence designed to bring about a harmonious and comfortable living experience. Located in Yogyakarta, with a land area of 318 m², this project aims to integrate with its surroundings and fulfil the desires of owners who crave simple, minimalist, and easy-to-maintain design. The house is also equipped with open spaces and multifunctional rooms ideal for various activities.
The design concept of Omah Anggrek combines three main concepts: tropical, open space, and minimalism. By incorporating a tropical theme, the house offers a warm and natural atmosphere by beautifying its surroundings through the use of numerous plants and adequate natural lighting. The open space concept extends connectivity with the surrounding environment, creating inviting spaces for families to gather, relax, and enjoy outdoor activities more freely. Meanwhile, the minimalist theme is realized through simple, neat, and orderly design, creating not only functional but also aesthetic and comfortable spaces for its residents.
Omah Anggrek consists of two carefully designed floors to meet the needs of its inhabitants. The first floor is designed to accommodate daily activities and family interactions, with its interior comprising a kitchen, a family room cum living room, a dining area, a prayer room, a master bedroom, two children's rooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. On the outside, there are a terrace, a carport, and various garden areas. The second floor, on the other hand, is designed as a perfect area for relaxation and gardening, including a balcony and space for plants. Through optimal lighting and air circulation, functional and aesthetic spaces will be created.
Materials used in the design of Omah Anggrek are carefully chosen to create an attractive and textured appearance. The use of emulsion paint provides a clean and modern impression, making the facade of the house look neater and more elegant. Natural stone is used to add a natural touch, and BRC fences are chosen for their ability to present a sturdy yet open impression, ensuring the house remains secure without compromising its aesthetics. The combination of these materials will create a functional house with strong visual appeal.
