Description:
The rapid development of Asmat Regency has not been matched with adequate urban planning. As a result, Agats, the regency's capital, appears disorganized, diminishing its prestige and competitiveness. To enhance its image and improve public service efficiency, Asmat plans a new integrated office and government housing district in Agats. The design adopts a green and adaptive concept, aligning with Agats' swampy terrain along the Aserwets River. The layout includes zoning for land use, infrastructure networks, public spaces, and transport grids. Buildings feature raised structures, inspired by local architecture, ensuring resilience and functionality.
