Millennials' need for housing seems to collide with urban areas, which are increasingly narrowing. This makes it difficult for millennials to own their own homes in urban areas. In addition, the data shows that the increase in land prices in Jakarta increases by 22-23% every year or the highest in Asia, and data on the backlog of housing supply in DKI Jakarta Province in 2015 reached 1,276,4243. Therefore, there are flexible payments and micro homes and apartments as solutions. Furthermore, based on these two methods, a strategy for implementing the FLPP Mortgage Program (House Financing Liquidity Facility) was formulated for the type of flats in big cities.
