Burnout can occur when someone experiences excessive pressure and demands, exacerbated by a lack of rest and social interaction. This can increase the burden on individuals and worsen the condition of burnout.

1. Identify the causes or sources and find solutions.

3. Improve your lifestyle by maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise.

5. Don't hesitate to seek help and support, whether from colleagues, superiors, family, or mental health professionals.

3. Maintain a healthy lifestyle.

5. Always appreciate and value yourself while recognizing your limits.
