Day One: Tourism Village Development Strategy

The first day was presented by three presenters, namely Dinan Permana, Nurmaristia Indriastuti, and Nurul Wilda A.

The Sharing Room with the topic 'Tourism Village Development Strategy' received responses from two special panelists. The first response from Mr. Andi Nusa Patria, once the Vice President of INDMIRA, emphasized that many rural communities aspire to be a tourist village, but the success has not been high. Therefore, an exemplary commitment is needed between the community and components outside the community.

The second response from Mr. M. Wahyu Akbari (Staff of the Ministry of Villages, PDT and Transmigration) invites us to be more concerned with rural communities because villages are the pillars of urban life.

Day Two: Today's Design Opportunities

The second day's discussion room presented the results of mini-research by Rizki Chonaah and Herdarudewi Prabandari, both of whom are students majoring in architecture.

Our panelist, Mr. Ahmad Hanafi (Fit Out Staff Farpoint), gave his opinion on the post-COVID-19 design for Kindergarten facilities. According to him, it is crucial to pay attention to the entry zone as an introduction and guide and the division of other zones. Children's behavior is an important aspect, and we need to pay attention to the habits of children who do not want to be silent and like to play.

The second discussion regarding post-pandemic co-housing is considered essential and can solve the many abandoned shophouses. However, it should be noted that the elongated shape of the shophouse must be adjusted to facilitate user movement.

Day Three: Local Economy Development

The event on the third day discussed local economic development by Selvi Aini Mutiara and Anisa Zulfa Aidiah.

In the discussion on day 3 with the theme 'Local Economy Development', Ms. Diana Febrita, S.Si (Master of Business Adm, University of the People USA), gave her opinion about people who still tend to lack socialization and business capital. Therefore, it is necessary to increase skills and funding for local businesses to achieve the blue economy concept.

In the second topic, she stated that LED is necessary for people to keep developing the economy. Community involvement is essential, and if no one continues, the area will be difficult to develop.
