Dzulqarnain Mosque

The concept of the Dzulqarnain Mosque is a blend of Javanese architecture with Modernist architecture. The mosque displays a traditional Javanese image with a characteristic canopy roof when viewed from the outside. No modernism is translated into the structure and interior of the building to create rigid and efficient spaces. In the master plan, the area around the main mosque building is also used for supporting facilities such as tahfidz houses, shelter houses, and service areas such as commercial areas, toilets, and adequate parking spaces to accommodate the various needs of pilgrims.
