In its design development, the building draws heavily from mixed use structures that seamlessly integrate multiple functions. The chosen design feature open facades, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere devoid of exclusivity. Emphasizing its role as supporting facilities for the train station, the design incorporates accessible features like stairs and seating plans that greet visitors. These communal areas are designed to be comfortable and highly functional, catering both to visitors from the train station and those coming for casual hangout activites.
