The design of Co-Living and Cafee Surabaya is rooted in the principle of rejuvenating iconic heritage buildings by optimizing placemaking and improving the efficiency of the existing structure. This project creates a co-living space that feels homely, enhanced with the addition of a restaurant, common room/pantry, and co-working areas in its layout. Located in the heart of Surabaya, this modern rental housing project aims to revitalize a historic building. The resulting design prioritizes comfort and a homely atmosphere while providing additional amenities, fostering a dynamic environment that integrates social and professional life, and forming a vibrant community in a strategic downtown location.
