The assets to be developed in this project consist of an office area, a prison area, a park area, and a mosque area with a total design area of 31491.13 sqm.

The planning site is located on a road corridor with a collector road level II, which is used as an alternative route for connecting cities within the district.

The location of assets that are close to each other will be developed into a planning area with the leading development of the Islamic Center corridor.
